[[treechat change]] we are planning on making it so that all threads, including parent threads and parent streams, open to the right modeling a timeline (now parent threads and parent streams open left to modeling the parent child hierarchy)

the reason for this is that it allows simpler navigation as you always know to slide left to "go back" whereas currently you have to remember where you came from, a child or a parent thread since each would cause a new panel to be opened in different directions

having used the new "always open right" its pretty nice not to have to think about where you're coming from, but if you think this is a bad change, here is your chance to convince us not to go through with it
