Out of a total of 40M TAAL shares, Calvin owns 16M (40%). Is it safe to assume the remaining 11M shares (20%) is the same in the “special resolution” total that also actually voted in the minority vote? I just hate the coincidence… if so I don’t think it’s legal that what effectively is 60% of shares, force the remaining 40% to sell.
