How will Monero be able to adapt to the new AMLD5 & regulations and how will ETH scale?

Since you like BAT, how often do you use the Brave browser? I tried it in early 2019, but didn't really get a good feel for it and haven't gone back. Has it gotten better? I really like BAT after reading Life After Google

I use brave full time on mobile and desktop. Yes, it's the best browser in my opinion. It can have issues due to its blocking and privacy. But this is easily solved by turning them off if need be. I don't collect any of the BAT as I refuse to KYC

AML affects all crypto. You can obfuscate transactions in any crypto. Monero and other privacy coins are just built to do it. ETH scaling is an issue but they have shown they can increase their block size quickly if needed.
