Today wellbeing day after a long working week.
Morning swim, afternoon nap, then 2 hours therapeutic massage.
The best is I haven't eaten any food since last night.
The massage felt better especially for the empty stomach, which already relax the body.
I had a nice rooibos tea after, and now feel hungry and alive.

wow 2 hour massage sounds amazing
It starts with the head and neck and end with the feet. I quit alcohol 10 years ago, so my money spent are on relax when needed. Massage I mean serious one, not pseudo massage with sex involved.
