Today was great fun as for first time made earthen plaster & starting chinking (filling in cracks) of the earth bags of earth bermed structure. Here my setup with cement mixer & mud filled wheel barrow etc. #earthbag #cob #altbuilding

My “adobe/cob” plaster formula was:
2 parts pure mud (Red Talbot clay)
1 cup Borax (antifungal for clay).
2 parts water
7 parts sand.
I didn’t bother with straw.
