The only time a government should be concerned about racism or sexism is when it is doing it, as in DEI, affirmative action etc.
Whether the people are racist or sexist isn’t the government's concern as long as no individual rights are being violated.
In all other cases the attempt by the government to stop racism, sexism etc is SOCIAL ENGINEERING.
Nobody with half a brain wants the state doing that.
