What's your go to?

Depends on the day.

Today it was Bao Zhong (Rishi Tea). It's an oolong that lands a bit more on the green side.

Into the summer, I usually opt for a peach/white tea blend that's delightful as a slightly sweet iced tea.

I started with black teas, but I find most of them to be more bitter than I really enjoy them, even with sugar, honey, or cream.

The only black tea I've consistently enjoyed is Paris Tea (Harney & Sons) and that is fantastic with cream, hot or cold.
