In doing so, we also our own accelerate time. Not that we'd notice our own time accelerating, at least not in any obvious way.

Time exists because we exist. The only thing signalling the forward motion of time is the increase in entropy. We are creatures who are built on not just the increase of entropy, but the creation of order than accelerates the rate of entropy.

gato, even in a universe where the base layer is random, the randomness that randomly forms in such a way that lets it self perpetuate longer than the other randomness will become the makeup of the universe. It's natural selection all the way down and up.

We don't exist, we're just astral projections of pulsating ancient energy.

"we" as "we" know it do not exist.

*we* see less than 1% of the spectrum of light, hence what we see is not what is actually here.
