We are allowed to be angry but we are supposed to reserve Wrath and Revenge for God. We are supposed to forgive and let him handle the rest. There is such a thing as righteous anger though.

No offense intended, but no-one allows me or grants me anger. I *experience it* and choose to explore its nature. It is in the refinement of anger where you see what the essence of it truly is. It's all inside and forgiveness is your freedom.
