I think if you upload a gif to Twetch, you (and others) should be able to easily find and reuse the gif. Twetch could even issue tokens that could be redeemed for reimbursement for uploading gifs as a way to build a collection of high-quality gifs.

Actually, I think it makes more sense for them to be single-use redemptions, since you’re sending them back to the owner in order to redeem them. I just sent you another token, since I told you they could be used twice.
