i think we should start measuring the Miner :: User ratio on Bitcoin. miners probably outnumber users at this time. we really need more users than miners for bitcoin to be successful
What do you think? @24 / @DanielKrawisz / @385 / @ryanxcharles

I see - by "miner" you mean people running ASICs. I don't know how many of those people there are, but it's possible you are right. How do we measure that? I'm not sure.
are there more BSV users than ASICs mining BSV right now? @385 / @ryanxcharles? https://twetch.app/t/5e6138e687c986641e71654ca7b40bea099cb9b5e9d52e952313ed8fc526b19e#4e7caf38311cb2e1aada6395e70a6028ddb787f7a249eddef7c9436c737df16f
In what sense do you think miners "outnumber" users? There are orders of magnitude more users.
ASICs != people. How many people operate those ASICs? Also, TBH, that sounds surprisingly small. Perhaps there are many more ASICs on BTC.
@frog I can assure you there are far more BSV users than miners. I would assume 95% of the hashrate is owned by not more than 20 individuals or companies. Hopfully the number will go higher as we grow.
Care to share some user activity stats from Twetch?
@frog Well potential misunderstanding here. I was not talking about mining machines. Machines can be guessed quity easily from the total hashrate (or difficulty for that matter)
@4, this information becomes more and more valuable over time. As of today, it has little value. Let Bitcoin grow and such service will become available.
I can easily expect future users from anyone who gets on Twetch for anything I build. I would want more people who want to help make it. To me that means conveying to the outside world what it really means to "profit seek in Bitcoin".
Instead of users, let's try to get more workers. Bitcoin can be made appealing to people who can think correctly out how to earn money with it. Each business or person can individually think abaut getting more users. You already have lots of future users.
