I think people who expect people in general to disappoint them, because they have hurt before, just grow cold.
I'd rather think there's always better, kinder people, and it doesn't matter how rare it is, as long as I find them.

True, there are many kind people all over the world. But I think there's really only a few people who are rock solid on a personal level, because one needs time to form those relationships. Can't expect every nice person to be close to me personally.
