How much do you think one can push real estate price down from today’s listings?

Some will be in a credit squeeze and I’m looking to take advantage if a good opportunity comes into play as a home.

I needed to buy sooner than later, but I was able to get it at 7% less then the listing.
I imagine over the next few months to a year you'll see even more of a discount.
I'll use my savings to renovate & sell when market turns around.
