There are many things you could say, but I've so far settled on "Have a good one," or some variation.

Alternatives like "Take it easy" aren't good because I don't want people to take it easy, I want them to build. I want them to create. To improve. To grow.
But I also haven't come up with away to say that without sounding cheesy or annoying.
