"Like & Love" could even be done with the same heart button, you could click once and it fills the heart at 50%, click again and it becomes a full heart

Likes should be the minimum possible price (1 tx fee) and love should stay high like 10c or 25c. both should be used for ranking along with # of comments
I think it's important that one cannot infer the amount you made from the number of likes. Therefore a customizable value is important.
In addition to like and love, I think there should be a dislike button. Perhaps dislike would be the most expensive, or equal to love.
