I am think about a device which can upload you car's odometer numbers onto the blockchain so that no one can alter it. Every time you start your car and stop it, the number will be uploaded automatically. I think it may help the Insurance industry.

First aid can than alert all traffic nearby using the blockchain. Autonomous vehicles will clear the way allowing emergency aid to arrive faster.
