I think the border is a second order problem.

The real problem is a state apparatus that redistributes resources and imports cheap labor for big corporations and voters for even more redistribution.

Get rid of that and the border is no big issue. First of all, because most of the incentives disappear and secondly because you then have communities that freely decide who enters and who doesn’t. You'd have private property borders everywhere.

If a community decides to flood itself with immigrants, great. They flood their own community, not orher communities.
