thing is the interface is very confusing, feels unorganized (overloaded) and is not self-explaining at all. this makes it very hard for new users to get into it. the learning curve needs to be flatten and usps need to be clearer. if people see and try a new product, the product has about 30 seconds max to make clear how it work and what problems it fixes. I got used to the ui and love it much more than anything else, but other users don't take their time for a few tries to understand it.
