I seem to remember the 2nd Amendment clearly stating that, “... the right to bear arms... shall not be infringed.” Shall not means shall not. It does not mean... hunting and sport. Any restriction on owning firearms due to capacity is an infringement.

The 2nd Amendment says that militias should be well regulated... it doesn’t say firearms should be well regulated. Firearms are supposed to be owned and used by citizens to keep out foreign invaders AND to keep their own government in check.
"Well regulated" means nothing more than "in good working order", no matter what it's applied to. A well-regulated militia is one that is functioning properly.
Zero to do with government regulations or oversight.
