posting here to update the FIG newsletter.
What I've learned from Feldenkrais - the practice of moving with awareness - is that the human nervous system is malleable.. we are capable of shifting our experience of life via our nervous system. This is what separates us from animals.
I highly suspect this is what WimHoff addresses this ability too. Learning to move with awareness has the experience be available at any moment in time, in what I suspect is a much more enjoyable way too.
It works for me :)
I found this thread interesting, it's our nervous systems that connect, weave a web of connectivity with other people... something like a mycelium network.
