thanks for the update. the discussion of authorizing agents makes me think of the responsibility dilution that institutions enable. for example gain of function research and fauci and scientists publishing the [[proximal origins paper]] to obscure the lab leak and their role in funding [[covid]] research. maybe an immutable ledger can help with that too
