In other words, a doctor will likely refuse to address an issue unless beyond these absurd extremes.
There is SO MUCH evidence that at low "normal" ranges and high "normal" range there is already a heavy imbalance. Instead of addressing root issues and

Iodine deficiency is so so common today due to our overexposure to toxic halogens. It is an essential nutrient in order to obtain pristine function of our body. Selenium is another essential thyroid nutrient that many dont care to supplement.

So if you do suspect you may have an issue with your thyroid, have had tests and the doctor has said all is "normal" look again. And take control of your health. Start supplementing Iodine and Selenium and reduce as MUCH AS POSSIBLE your intake of fluoride

This is attack on our entire body as the thyroid is the centre of it all. It distributes all of our hormones. An imbalance here is detrimental to our longevity and well being, and if not addressed as soon as possible other diseases can appear.

My TSH was 98 last year and my antibodies messured over 1300. I checked my thyroid for years because I knew there was something wrong. Now I am stuck to medication and still not feeling well. I wish I would have known what to do before it got too late.

I am still taking thyroid replacement hormones as well girl, but I will eventually wean off them. It is essential that you cut fluoride and start supplementing iodine/selenium. Do you have kids?

Oh you are? Do you have Hashimotos? Yes I will do that. I am taking selenium. No I don’t have any kids. I know it’s common to get thyroid problems after pregnancy. I definetely will read more about this. Thank you for the posts🙏🏻

I have hypothyroidism, it never eventuated to an autoimmune response luckily as I addressed it early, it appeared in both pregnancies but stayed after the second.

If you are to have children eventually, iodine is essential to avoid things like breast cancer and ovarian cancer too post pregnancy.

That’s great you managed to stop it in time. The meditation really doesn’t make much of a difference to my well being. I still feel like … most days to be honest. So I need to treat the root issue as you say

Have never heard of him until now :) But interesting. These days I trust people who follow their gut and instincts in regards to health (as I do) far more than heavily indoctrinated medical physicians.

It's important to listen to yourself and your body.
If you know something is wrong but a western practitioner says it's normal, seek homeopathic or Ayurvedic advice ASAP. Trust your gut even if you don't know the answers yourself, yet.

Great thread, River. Magnesium, iodine, selenium and a few other minerals are so critical for our health. Combine those with sun, sea and steak, and it's a very powerful combination.

Selenium and Iodine are also essential. See how you go for 6 months. Do NOT ever reduce your hormone replacement unless you feel 100%
