Teranode: Does it Solve Bitcoin Scaling without Compromise?
@LightBSV was explaining how double-spends are handled on Teranode saying, they are handled either as first seen or both txns are dropped. For full double-spend protection, one must wait on a txn to clear (~10min).
Several participants in the conversation, including Harry from Twetch, were concerned about the performance and user experience on a platform such as Twetch that relies heavily on chaining unconfirmed txns together to create an instantaneous user experience.
Good news is, this new capacity brought by Teranode is getting attention from former/current critics of BSV who, if Teranode is what is claimed, are very impressed and quite concerned that it will be a true and formidable competitor. Great questions are being asked.
