How to tell if your hard-boiled egg is done? Cool it off and spin it as quick as u can on a flat surface, if that eggs stands up vertically while spinning it is done. 😁 Eggcellent.

Poached? Hmm not sure bout that one, I would guess cut your boiling time in half , and spin it , if it semi stands up on a wobble you might be in luck :p
It won't go completely vertcle unless the egg is completely hard
