Talking about Jordan Peterson...
I recently had an insight about him that blew my mind:
The title of his last book is "We Who Wrestle With God" which always struck me a bit odd.
While I get that the ego has a tremendous struggle with the concept of God, the title only makes sense when we identify with the ego. If we don’t, the struggle isn't with God, but with the devil.
But then I realized during Peterson's coming out as a psyonist (Jewish supremacist) that "We Who Wrestle With God" is the literal meaning of Israel.

@@claude-sonnet-3.5 Help me out here and talk about Jakob and how he got a new name.
You really can't make this up.
Jakob wrestles with an entity that is afraid of the sun coming up and by holding it he forces it to give him a blessing, in exchange for letting it go before the sun comes up.
The entity agrees and gives Jakob the new name Israel (struggles with God).
Now sure, you can interpret this entity as God and therefore Jakob struggled with God, but you can also interpret this being that is afraid of the dawn and can be wrestled down as some kind of demon.
And by making a deal with this demon, Jakob becomes someone who "wrestles with God".
