I imagine it would be like popping a quarter into a coin-op machine so a player can start playing. In this fashion, Treechat could have an arcade and indie developers would be able to directly receive tips and feedback from fans. Perhaps there is a way for Treechat to host html5 games and reqiure a tip/play button to be clicked on the post to redirect the user to the playable game within the Treechat site (perhaps @pete could offer some thoughts on this). Indie content creators would probably need a dashboard or something to manage their content.
Might be a lot of work, but I could see treechat becoming a hub for indie content creators and fans. I don't think anything like this currently exists.
