Would tagging someone in a twetch (and notifying them at the same time) be a good or a bad thing?

I think it would be bad. We should have encrypted DM's and group conversations and not try to force people into public debate.
I think when or if they add tagging, it should only be notified in notifications if you follow them as a first version.
