Suppose Trump had insisted mail in ballots must be counted FIRST. Don't *count* the in person ballots until mail in were counted. Could this have prevented the obvious method of election fraud?

Trump actually did the opposite and blocked funding of the UPS to specifically curtail the arrival of the mail-in ballots so that they couldn't be counted in an adequate time. if anything, he was pulling some suspicious moves before the election.
