This Stream is setup to hold public questions/polls of which the given answers can be upvoted with SATS to decide the public opinion on the questions/polls.
RULES of the Stream:
Everyone can put up a question/thread/poll.
Everyone can vote by Upvalueing his/her choice with at least 100 SATS. (If you put more, you will spice the prize pool).
A user can vote only ONCE on a question/thread/poll. (If a user votes multiple times, the first-seen answer rule will be applied).
Every question/thread/poll must mention when it ends.
At the end of the poll, the total generated amount of SATS will be distributed to the users that picked the most upvoted answer.
