'STRAWMAN' / Legal Fiction.
The System was never in our favour.
There is a reason that our Legal System is based on Maritime Law, the Law of the Seas.
Your Birth Certificate is a Corporation Registration Document. In order to understand further, you must understand what a BIRTH refers to. I will go into detail regarding this on my next post — along with Maritime Law, for better understanding. It's certainly very interesting.
A Corporation is quite literally a 'Corpse'. 'Corpus' (latin) being the origin. In other words, a Corporation is described to us as: 'a legal body'. A 'body' without a Soul is a Corpse — or 'dead entity'.
When your Birth Certificate is registered, you are essentially being registered 'dead at sea'. The version of you which becomes registered is then a 'Corpse' (Corporation), otherwise known as your STRAWMAN, or Legal Fiction.
This becomes clear when you begin to analyse your ID Documents, Letters that arrive in the Post, etc. Anything addressed to 'you' is really addressed your Strawman/Legal Fiction/Corporation. You — as the Human version — are essentially acting 'on behalf of' your Legal Fiction, which is why you must 'Sign' important Documents.
To expand — when Corporations are legally registered, or depicted — they will always be represented in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Sound familiar?
Example: 'Mr. JOHN DOE'.
Go ahead — check your Passports, Driving Licenses, Birth Certificates, and 99% of Postal Letters, will be addressed to your Legal Fiction in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Referring back to one of my earlier posts regarding Promissory Notes (Cash) — You will now begin to 'understand' (which is another word, that has been misunderstood, to be explained in a moment) — that your Signature is somewhat similar to a Blockchain Record. An immutable, unique identifier which essentially confirms the truth/identity of a Contract. Your Signature is one of the most powerful things on this Earth. Use it sparingly, accordingly, and wisely.
Since we are ONLY governed by consent, to 'under-stand' — quite literally means: 'To stand under' (from an Authority POV). This is also why the Police will read your rights, which ALWAYS include: 'Do you Understand?' (Do you stand Under my Authority).
'Govern' = Control. 'Ment' = Mind.
Now, when you start to see the meaning behind the words, everything begins to make more sense.
Entertain-ment, Govern-ment, Command-ment, Judge-ment, Excite-ment, Disappoint-ment, Punish-ment, Improve-ment, Employ-ment. It all derives from Latin, mostly.
