I am still hurting from 2014 - 2017. No matter how valuable my knowledge was, the people I thought I could most rely on abandoned me. My life is a lot better now but I can't escape that time.

So, what happened 2014-2017?
Hope everything is fine now bro, move on, bright future ahead.
BSV Nakama > Nakamoto Institute
That was when the btc cult took over bitcoin.

God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”
Deuteronomy 31:8
Hebrews 13:5
I am just starting to understand the history behind Bitcoin - it makes me feel sad and angry.
For what it’s worth, those that I’ve met in person in BSV are some of the most genuine I’ve experienced and it makes my heart feel full
Being loyal to your principles and keeping an open and active mind has a price. I appreciate your work and how you try to teach. I may not be a personal relationship but I am a supporter.
"the people I thought I could most rely on abandoned me"
Genuinely sorry to hear that, it's a consistent theme in our world that people harm/hurt other people. And while I understand that the concept of God and/or Jesus may be distasteful for you...
I felt pretty depressed about Bitcoin during 2015 as I couldn't see a way out of the nightmare.
Now I feel great, so much happening, such great people.
It is still sad to see people suffocating in ignorance though.
Glad you made it through. Glad I met you and can call you a friend. Glad to have your insights and knowledge. Never change.

Thanks for the kind words @1850, @501, @428! Trauma occurs when a person goes through experiences that defy his conception of how the world works. I didn't really think that my friends and family would rather ignore me than try to understand.
For some, ignoring can be easier than understanding.
For others, ignoring is harder than understanding.
@27 I always enjoy a good Alan Watts recording
everything/everyone is always keep changing, so that is not smart to keep rely on something or someone (even yourself), because we can not rely on something always moving. I think the ultimate thing to rely on is the truth/wisdom/love/compassion/bliss.
Sometimes what seems like disrespect and unwillingness to learn about something amazing is actually them protecting their need to "keep it all together" by believing whatever bullshit is running them... they don't shut down when you talk about tv shows!
Yes that's what it is @309
