When Steemit got bought out and users got pissed, why did they move to TRON instead of BSV?
Steemit had well over 1M users. Maybe 1.5M.
Missed opportunity for SV?

BSV was definitely the move that should have happened. The Hive network took a lot of Steem users. They will learn there too. Everyone will eventually be on BSV.

Good question.
Honestly didn't even know that that happened. Two things come to mind:
* What is the general theme of content and type of people?
* If BSV is as important as I like to think it is, then people will be herded elsewhere. Diversion buys time.

BTC being propped up to no.1 spot is also a diversion in my mind.
It creates lots of sunken cost fallacies for "investors" and doubles up to also tarnish the name / tech of Bitcoin. Naturally that is coupled with a frenzy of "useful idiots".

Everyday BTC sits at no.1 spot is an extra day capital is likely misallocated.
This was why the 2017 August split was so pivotal, and also likely why #Tether began printing money to prop up BTC. Because down the line it has huge repercussions.
Diversion.

No, missed opportunity for Steemit users.
