I trained with Sakmongkol Sithchuchok in Thailand for a while. Like $10 USD for a private session. Had no idea who the guy was until someone pointed out to me I'm training with a living legend

I no longer engage in the practice, but <5 years Iโve practiced part of the Muay Thai regimen by microfracturing my limbs against trees, telephone poles, & brick walls, no shit. Though a caution, skeletal strength lies within our pliability & flexion
