Uhh! You must live in the South. 🌷❤️
Yeah, I live in Stockholm, so not south south but still☺️ You live up north in Finland? Still snow?
Yeah. Ice fishing contest at the weekend. 💁♀️

I just did a fast covid test. Needed for a buisness meeting. 😟 The fckers took my dna 😡
Is it the same in the north where yoy both are?
Yeah I had to take the test before I went to Norway, but it's not needed without symptoms up here. My village is like 500 people so... 😅

Haha yeah I def think you should try!
I’m allergic to the cold.. I know it sounds unlikely but I actually get rashes all over my body sometimes when I’m out in the cold for too long. I’m no real viking😂
Wow! 😫
Have you ever used castor oil?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castor_oil
I call it liquid neoprene.
It protects you from the cold.
It's also the only thing I know of that gets lymph moving.
You may want to mix it with essential oils for a nicer smell.
I'm talking about topical use,
not about drinking it!
That's also possible but has a very different effect than protecting from the cold 😂😂😂
Geranium essential oil is amazing for this. and I use Sweet Almond or Jojoba oil as opposed to Castor oil.
Those oils are probably less dense and therefore more pleasant?
I use castor oil when I go jogging in cold rain and swimming in cold water.
The effect surprises me every time.
Yes they absorb pretty quickly within 1-2 hours and I dont deal with cold weather so youre right maybe not fit for the purpose of confronting the cold.
I use castor oil for dry skin, it works far better than anything I ever tried. But I never heard it protects from the cold. Makes sense since cold can be very dry.
