We call some of this knowledge and conversation with your higher guardian angel (HGA)... I think most people have this their entire lives we just dont develop it. We are mostly taught that spirituality is "myth" and not something that can be explored.

It can be tested and explored scientifically... journaling is the number one tool. Self exploration in search of success. Im trying to get there embracing my self and leaving the past behind.

I think all spiritualities benefit various people. Some people have uglier demons to conquer. Some people dance in the light... some are like squirrels ;)
