with this sphenoid finger up the nose experience the difference in my posture is phenomenal.
Balanced, my feet are planted into the ground, sense of balance is profound.. I can move confidently in any direction, forward, backward, side to side, up down and all the angles in between.
The connection between the head and pelvis is clearer. How I think of my body is that it is a whole collection of tubes from top to bottom. Like hoses, when the tubes are clear, when the kinks are removed, then fluids are free to travel through.
THAT's what it feels like.
