Sorry to keep going on about it, but yesterday I ate 1500 calories in total over two meals on the #carnivorediet. I also started day 1 of weight training with #kettlebells.

I wasn't hungry the entire day.

Woke up this morning, still not hungry. Weird.

If you eat that little for long you wont have much energy. It can be hard to eat enough and the culprit is often too little fat. Try fattier meat, egg yolks, cheese (melted=great), heavy sour cream. Salting the food more also help increase your appetite

I can recommend following something like HIIT method with the weights. At least it works for the lazy like me.

Thanks @1126 that's basically what I'm doing with my kettlebell training programme. 4 rounds of intense exercise with small breaks. Total time: 25 minutes.
