Sorry to hear that. That sucks.

I once tried to get coins out of centbee and it was a terrible experience. I had to break their balls repeatedly before they helped me.

Have you tried putting the seed words into another wallet? I remember that didn't work for me because centbee made it impossible somehow.

But if they are closing down maybe they enabled it. Otherwise contact them everywhere you can abd leave terrible comments on their social media until they respond. That's what I did anyway.
