This is sometimes challenging.

On paper, it easy to say not to worry. But in practice, it takes a lot of discipline to keep up with actually doing it..

But for healths sake, both mental and physical, it seems nearly imperative that we practice not worrying.

And I consider myself a chronic cynic, so I know what I'm talking about! 🥲

I know it's hard to stop worrying.

I've found though if you try to "stop worrying", it makes it worse.

However when you naturally trust the universe to provide and look out for you, the worry naturally fades away.

Worry comes about when we try and control the universe, life and try to do it all alone.

We're not meant to, nor can we control life and the universe.

We're meant to trust it and let it guide us.
