When somebody download an image or a video from whatsonchain Treechat tx ID, where is the data storage.?, It comes from Treechat servers.?

I was thinking that only the text is stored on the blockchain with Bitcom protocol, not the images or videos. Why is the tx size so small if the image is stored onchain?

the message and the image are on different transactions... you can see the image transaction by clicking in the bottom right corner of the image on the little block icon
