We do not solve the fact that keys can be stolen by going back to making them custodial

If someone own your identity key, they now own your identity and can deplatform you anytime

There are much better solutions to this issue

this goes also for someone else owning your paymail if paymails are used as identity

How can we solve it, something linked to the blockchain itself, like a running protocol in script that can’t be stopped?

exactly, onchain and fully non-custodial, but first we need to understand what an identity means in the uses that we need, read this thread:

what we need is an identity that is non-custodial and in full control of the owner, but where if your key gets stolen you can still reclaim your identity and link it to a new key. paymails should only be used to retrieve the onchain ID which is more stable
