Snowden told everybody about the government's illegal spying on it's citizens then his own govt trapped him in Russia when he specifically was trying to get to South America.
Craig's assessment of this can bear little additional info supporting govt, the problem is Craig himself and his inability to recognize govt malfeasance and govt criminality.
