Sleep, water, and sugar are the 3 most important things when it comes to optimal performance.

It should be noted that all sugar isn't equivalent; refined sugar should be avoided like the plague.

Also, water itself is more of a cleansing agent, it's not as hydrating on a cellular level as juicy fruit is.

Regular fasting should also be on the list.

Eating fruit is just doing the reproductive bidding of the plant.. it’s great if you wanna feel like you’re constantly starving for more fruit

Artificial sugar should be avoided.

Ya Whole Foods are the best, but there is nothing wrong with refined sugar. I like organic cane sugar the best.

I do fast for like 9 hours every day, then I wake up and eat breakfast 😜

We humans and our primate and hominid ancestors have coevolved with angiosperms (fruit-bearing plants and trees) for 50 million years; we're not doing their bidding, it's a symbiotic relationship.

Fruit is the ideal human food, nothing is more satisfying.

Vision and large brain have both been proven beyond a doubt to be associated with frugivory in primates and hominids.

Fruits are the easiest foods to digest, and a healthy microbiome is required for other plants.

We have a long digestive tract.

Look at the human anatomy:

Binocular vision (for hunting)
Short gut (primarily for digesting meat)
Inability to digest most plants
Large brain (for hunting animals)
Incisor and canine teeth

Get out of your braindead echo chamber for your own sake.
