For nonmeditators, this is not true. Even for most meditators this is not true. Unless ur meditation is as deep as dreamless sleep (ie when u meditate all external appearances disappear but u r fully aware), u won’t be able to replace sleep w/ meditation

I'm just pointing to meditation, that it gives a deeper relaxation than sleep, but both are needed :)
