is there a single person out there who can #explain what we are doing here?

Become more godlike in our character through adversity.

Twetch ·

we have fun.

Twetch ·

we have fun on Twetch yes, but I mean on Earth. like what are we doing here? what is the purpose of life?

Twetch ·

I would like to give my opinion, if I may… I think that we are a part of god, like an extension of "him". Having new experiences, expands the experience of god, or expands god. I've heard it called "the leading edge of thought". If this is true, we are all spiritual badasses, good and bad individuals. My $0.02 on what we are doing here. Whatcha think?

Twetch ·

i'm intrigued by this idea that together we are the brain of God. the implications however, would be staggering because if every human is a neuron firing in the brain of God, then things like murder and war are in reality more like cancer spreading in the hive mind.

Twetch ·

I think the majority of people do believe that God is Love. If this is true, we aren't talking about conditional love, we are talking unconditional love… no condition would make "him" not love. Conditions like murder and war "he" would solve with love. So I agree with how you are thinking about it, I think hive mind is a good comparison, but I think unconditional love negates good or bad behavior.

Twetch ·

Not sure as well. I think the most basic experience which everything one earth, even stones and mountains experience, is the simple and fundamental experience of life and death.

One enters, one exits. And many experiences in all its variations in between those two points. Most of all "decay".

I do not know what is "on the other side" but my guess would be, that all dimensions merge, time doesn't exist and that everything makes sense, because you see all the connections from other dimensions which are responsible for emotions, thoughts, actions and many more things in the background.
As humans we are only able to experience the results of all those hidden dimensions/background-networks, but we have no knowledge about how they work let alone being able to analyse or map them.

The closest "scientifical approach" I have stumbled over so far would be "Burkard Heim" and his "12 dimensioal approach".
A guy named "Illobrand von Ludwiger" is still pushing it and tries to make sense of it.

A longer quote from Alan Watts out of "The Book - Against the Taboo of knowing who you are" which most certainly is not the truth but at least a good story:

Myth, then, is the form in which I try to answer when children ask me those fundamental metaphysical questions which come so readily to their minds: “Where did the world come from?” “Why did God make the world?” “Where was I before I was born?” “Where do people go when they die?” Again and again I have found that they seem to be satisfied with a simple and very ancient story, which goes something like this:

“There was never a time when the world began, because it goes round and round like a circle, and there is no place on a circle where it begins. Look at my watch, which tells the time; it goes round, and so the world repeats itself again and again. But just as the hour-hand of the watch goes up to twelve and down to six, so, too, there is day and night, waking and sleeping, living and dying, summer and winter. You ca…

Twetch ·

"Burkard Heim" and his "12 dimensioal approach", as well as Illobrand Von Ludwiger I have not heard of. I will check that out. Everything else I agree with… and even if we didn't agree, that is part of the fun :)

Twetch ·

The Illobrand Ludwiger guy tried to summarize Burkard Heims work as good as possible. Just found out, that he was into UFO research as well and that he died this year.

I have bought a book once in german. Found the english translation here: http://heim-theory.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Illobrand_von_Ludwiger-The_New_Worldview_of_the_Physicist_Burkhard_Heim.pdf

But there is not much information on Burkard Heim in general, since most of his stuff didn't got translated into english and even the german stuff is said to be very hard, even for people who studied physics.

When reading the book I was only able to grasp what I would call "the essence" of it. But I did not understand any of the formula or algebraic :-D.

Twetch ·

Ah small quote from the book which is a discussion from a presentation:

When Burkhard Heim is 40 years old, writers and students visit him in Göttingen
and, among other things, ask him how he thinks about his fate. Surprisingly, Heim
appears to be quite content with his situation:
“I have the impression that whatever happens is a priori right the way it is, and that I
should not interfere with the plan that is behind everything. I take the view that whatever I am faced with is right and is the optimum in light of the given circumstances
anyway. Some things might seem bad to me, whereas in reality they are not, because
everything is right the way it is. I say to myself: I have a certain mission, no doubt.
Because my existence as a human being must make sense. So it is my job to fulfill a
certain purpose. That is the sense of my whole life in general. That purpose is to be
fulfilled. That is essential. Whatever I need for fulfilling that purpose I will be provided with anyway. After all, if I didn't get what I need for fulfilling my purpose, it
would be senseless to exist at all.”

Mr. Klockmann from Hamburg says this sounded rather fatalistic. But Heim disagrees:
“No! I don't think so at all. You see, I absolutely affirm the awareness that I have a
purpose. The important thing for me is to learn what that purpose is. And that is what
I have to work towards.
Of course, absolutely nothing drops into one's lap. I always have to try to find out
with excitement and energy how I can achieve the fulfilling of that purpose in a better
way. That doesn't come to me by itself. I can't just put my feet up and say ‘Ah, things
will work out all right.’ That’s not possible, that’s clear!
If I did that, and I was absolutely fatalistic, I would fundamentally thwart that fulfilling of my purpose. But I will do everything in my power to fulfill it.
I have already undergone 25 surgeries, and I will do it again. That is always very
hard, especially if you don't feel any pain, but you k…

Twetch ·

I would tend to agree with him. I don't think I can make "mistakes" even by not fulfilling whatever I put myself here to accomplish. I think that is the beauty of "free will" and also why it is easy to continue coming back here to physical reality to try to "do it right".

Twetch ·

Yep, I see it in a similar way.

Just stumbled over this piece which explains in a very simplistic way the geometrical space those dimensions may be connected and organized (of course in a very abstract way).

Best 3:50 minutes in a long time. Additionally I never knew that to add a new dimension you just have to "double the points".

Twetch ·

Sorry, I posted the wrong link, I meant that Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_B5GpsbSQw

Twetch ·

Not that I fully understand it, but it seems simplistic enough to be true. Makes me think of the movie Interstellar when they are in the "Tesseract". One of my favorite movies…

Twetch ·

Have you ever seen a child with a VR headset on 👍 😹

Twetch ·

I play VR and I get told I'm a child all the time… but no I haven't, haha

Twetch ·

If and when you see it then you will know what I'm talking about. There are some top physicists that have been scratching away at the fabric of reality for a very long time. My own view is that they don't know shit lol.
It is very simple and goes something like: one can not see beyond their own sight. So there you go, make of it what you 'will'.😹

Twetch ·

No physicist will admit the earth is flat, the earth is stationary (as it appears), and that water in fact does not curve. These are the most basic, common-sense deductions out there. The CGI used to prove globe earth isn't even very good. And the moon landing videos from the 60s and 70s are comical. This makes all of physics a scam. Just like so many other things.

Twetch ·

the CGI of flat earth isn't much better. 😅 oh wait it doesn't need CGI, right? where are the pictures?

Twetch ·

If a photon can be at multiple points in space at any given time then this begs the question what exactly are each and any of us seeing. Couple to this the conversion of light to electrical impulses being fed in to the mind along with a layer of confabulation and all that entails😹

Twetch ·

"If a photon can be multiple points in space at any given time…" I'm assuming you're referring to the Heisenberg Uncertainty principle. More jewish-concocted BS. Everything from jews is pretty much a lie. But you're right, our perceptions definitely influence our reality. Maybe people will wake up and start ignoring all the deceptions, starting with the globe earth / space is a pure vacuum / everything is spinning nonsense.

Twetch ·

No mate, the double slit. Think about it.

Twetch ·

You can build reality as you see fit. It will only become problematic for you if things are too far disjoint from the views of everyone else. Argument is healthy as long as we don't kill each other in the process.

Twetch ·

Here is something else I like to think about. 1 minute and 11 seconds before Genesis 1:1 happened what is going on? God is chilling. Maybe drinking a Margarita or something, but nothing has happened. No creation, no nada. How long was he chilling? Trillions of years? Yottilions? Spending that amount of time being nothing but love… perhaps you would wonder what is the otherside of that coin? Perhaps that thought would create things that weren't 100% love. But one fact remains about this story… All comes from one place. Garden of eden: where did that snake come from? Just something I like to think about…

Twetch ·

I am not religious but I believe in religion, in so far as its far reaching effects.

Twetch ·

Add a mushroom to it too 😹

Twetch ·

Feeding self-esteem.
There is more to this answer than you think.
Good luck.

Twetch ·

just listen to all Alan Watts stuff on youtube.

Twetch ·

were learning to master the art of dying.. dying to self… self denial self sacrifice

Twetch ·

i'm certain not a single person told me that when I was younger. perhaps telling kids their purpose is to figure out how to die best is too heavy. but I believe dying how you want should be a fundamental human right.

Twetch ·

lol i guess too philosophical and went over your head

Twetch ·

no, i just thought you're "we are here to learn how to die" take was kind of lame so was keeping my response luke warm for you but you didn't follow the logic

Twetch ·

ok so how is it lame?

Twetch ·

i saw your follow up explaining your position. still doesn't answer my original question because what would you do with the knowledge or experience of dying perfectly? Once you learn to die perfectly, do you like build a house with that? just fade away or what

Twetch ·

i answered your original question.. now youre just asking more questions

Twetch ·

if a life of killing the inner desires suits you I'm all about it. there are monks on mountaintops at this moment doing only that, and that's cool. it's just not for me since I have offspring to protect from evil

Twetch ·

best to protect your offspring from evil is to teach them to recognize it and to defend themself. but that's easier said than done. you can do everything right with the offspring and there is still alot that can happen that they get on a wrong path. for some things we just need to trust the world and that everything happens for a good reason.

…I just read all that again and it sound like some fortune cookie philosophy. 😁
In the end it's all just words. what matters are feelings. does that make sense? I don't know.

Twetch ·

call it fun, happiness, enjoyment or whatever. there is no deeper purpose in life, just enjoy the ride and don't take it too serious. your senses give you pleasure and so are they the sense of life. the aswer is love. just my 0 cents.

https://twetch.com/t/98b045a56192e9cac669dac81c2e4aa1c494f1b70259fc2f47e34fa2dd3d7d5f

Twetch ·

i like your take. do you think the hyper competitiveness of the world around us is at odds with just being happy, or loving? lol u said don't take it too serious but I'm trying to generate microtransactions here ;)

Twetch ·

love also provokes competition. and lost souls who act bad try to compensate love they never got. they just want to be loved and never got that and got angry about it.
we should forgive them (show love), so they can't manipulate us with their hate (lack of love). competition isn't a bad thing, but if it gets too much better take distance. I don't know if this aswers is correct. I guess it's ok to say "I don't know." from time to time. ☺

Twetch ·

sometimes words are not enough to capture the entirety of an answer and the purpose of some questions isn't to get an answer but a good discussion or debate. and yeah, every answer leads to more questions.

Twetch ·

maybe you think its lame because you dont understand what im implying

Twetch ·

i think mastering the art of dying or the killing of selfishness, is more of a technique for acquiring things than the complete purpose of life. that's all. you don't feel like you're supposed to build something? or accomplish some task other than ego death?

Twetch ·

simply were here to learn. which involves being tested i guess with our free will choices... experiencing and witnessing the ways of this decaying, dog eat dog world, being prepared to live in the world to come.. growing and evolving spiritually observing how our free will choices lead to life or destruction.. but learning to be selfless is the main thing thats what i mean by dying a spiritual death to our carnal nature…
