Pethaps this point has been made already, but if entrepreneurs are hesitant to build because of a threat of lawsuits, utility clearly diminishes, or at the very least is delayed greatly.

If they think there’s any risk to them they’re rather seeking to avoid actually building something.
Yes, life was bliss for Roger facing threats while landing on Antigua or Barbuda. I bet he woke up burning with enthusiasm to build on BSV.
As far as I’m concerned Roger is wise enough to not think two people represent a whole group of people.
Furthermore, as best I can remember, Roger joined Twetch AFTER that debacle. To me it shows a keen willingness to reevaluate opinions. Solid gold.
