Since everyone seems to talk about CSW here… Do you really think he will one day access the coins?
I think he's just bluffing or maybe he doesn't seem to realize he lost access to them forever and that nobody will ever show up with a Tulip at his door.

His character makes me think that he strongly believes in everything he creates and never gives up.
If he created he Tulip trust, he probably strongly believes that this trust works and that he will be able to recover the keys as planned.
