I think utility will take off and legal money (most) entering to use the blockchain technology will know that when they do, the normal actions (as in everyday life), will be legally protected and the business can focus solely on Bitcoin’s utility vehicle.

I think so too. For the cypherpunk lovers, there is BTC number go up. For the utility and builders and people that like to be assured "if gold turned to lead when stolen. If the thief gives it back, it turns to gold", BSV has this option.
