The simple truth:
Everyone who is not pro-scaling is not pro-Bitcoin.
They are pro-speculation, pro-"get rich quick", pro-"privacy", pro-anarchy, pro-law evasion, etc
But they are not pro-Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is only successful at scale!!

It's like if some people came to campaign to "keep the Internet small", you would know they were total idiots or total assholes.
But somehow, people thought it was a good idea to keep the blocksize limited forever. What a bunch of sheep.
It's pointless to be pro this or pro that anyway tbh.
$crypto has the same problem as Linux imo. Anyone has his vision and can fork it, therefore you have hundreds of forks all with good and bad things, but at the end none has rly achieved adoption
Well I would say the original purpose of Bitcoin is to be adopted, to be useful. Therefore scaling matters. It's just that if people don't want it to scale, they really don't want it to be used. It's just some ponzi scheme or hobby, niche tech for them.
Linux is meant to be used too.
That's why the core is the same, just the distros are different by interface and UX, it's not like a completely different system. The distros are compatible.
Same with Bitcoin, noone needs a hundreds of blockchains or OSes.
The power comes when people gather around to use what is usable. Just like I can talk to you now here and you can talk freely without being banned by twitter again, because this is usable. Bitcoin is supposed to be usable, programmable, have apps/ services
