Right. Here you are "free to choose." Post and pay or move along. Keeps the riff raff to a low ebb. Or you can go to the Twitter Dog and Pony show. But what if George Soros sends in his sock-puppets? Well, he has to buy/mine some BSV. That's a good thing.

I have the ability to chose. Encouraging those who don't to move along is an appaling strategy, and one the riff raff you refere to would probably applaud.

Most not enslaved have the ability to choose. 0.005 cents keeps most in the game here. Bots and trolls are financed to induce traffic for the advertisers on Twitter. They might come here too, if the user base grows. BSV might value then. A win-win.

Charging a miniscule amount to discourage abuse is not new. It's been done since 2013 I think. And your scenario is by no means a win win. Would you stay?

You're right. It's more win-WIN. If the user base stagnates, Twetch loses. Anyone earning herein, loses. In that case, I hope Twetch's creators 'win' some money, since they took the risk. If it takes off, BSV Hodlers might 'WIN.' In the meantime, it's fun.
